The Inclusive Gym Machine Series for Iron King was developed through an extensive process, encompassing design research, market analysis, concept development, and advanced simulations. Every aspect of physics and usability was meticulously analyzed to ensure optimal functionality. The engineering phase involved detailed technical refinement and manufacturing assistance, guaranteeing seamless execution from concept to production.

Role: Design Director, Innovation & System Lead, hands-on Industrial Designer.
Scope: Research, innovation strategy, system architecture, mechanical feasibility, engineering, design, team coordination, manufacturing supervision, patents documentation.
Impact: Generated significant commercial traction, elevating revenue, media visibility, and investor interest.

Each machine was carefully designed to be fully inclusive, providing wheelchair users with a comfortable and effective fitness experience. As a result of this groundbreaking work, all machines in the series have been patent pending, marking a significant step forward in accessibility and innovation in the fitness industry.

In total, 10 machines have been redesigned with the same approach, focusing on mechanical engineering improvements, a unified design language, enhanced ergonomics, inclusivity, and optimized manufacturability.

Simulation Analysis

Each machine was tested through Simulation Analysis to ensure functionality, safety, and proper biomechanical use for all user categories. Later, real-life tests were conducted with specialists and users to validate performance and inclusivity.
