Prototyping is an essential step in product development, helping validate form, function, ergonomics, and feasibility before moving into production.
Mick has extensive hands-on prototyping experience, from quick cardboard mockups used to explore form and functionality to fully functional, production-feasible prototypes with final materials, finishes, and mechanisms. His in-house workshop is equipped with 3D printers, CNC equipment, laser tools, machinery, and a wide range of hand tools, allowing ideas to be tested, refined, and brought to life quickly.
Prototype capabilities range from simple form studies to complex functional builds, including electronics, aviation components, furniture, woodworking, metalwork, mechanical assemblies, and consumer products.
